MHA's office is located in the Court International Building, 2550 University Ave. W., at the juncture of Highway 280, I-94 and University Avenue in St. Paul (two blocks east of KSTP-TV). Parking is limited to two hours, so please check in with our receptionist for a permit if you plan to stay longer: Contact the MHA receptionist at (651) 641-1121 or (800) 462-5393.

Directions:
If you are traveling south on Highway 280, take the University Avenue exit. At the third stoplight, turn right onto Franklin Avenue (the building is on the northwest corner of that intersection). Take another right into the visitor's parking lot. Park and come up the south bank of elevators to Suite 350-South.
If you are traveling east or west on Interstate 94, take the 280/University Avenue exit; stay to the right and follow the exit for University Avenue. At the first stoplight, Franklin Avenue, turn left and cross over Highway 280. The building is one block down on the right. Turn right into the visitor parking area. Park and come up the south bank of elevators to Suite 350-South.
